Seeking a remote Client Success Manager to manage customer communication, scheduling, and estimates while supporting daily operations.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, self-directed Client Success Manager to support our day-to-day operations and act as the right hand to the business owner. This is a remote position where you’ll be responsible for customer communication, estimates, scheduling, and maintaining an exceptional client experience.

This role blends customer service, sales, and administrative support—and is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and professionally.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Fixed salary, paid biweekly or monthly (based on agreement)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, texts and emails with new, current, and former clients
  • Input and maintain customer data in our CRM system
  • Prepare and send text, email, and phone estimates for services like lawn mowing
  • Schedule services (mowing, consultations, and walkthroughs for landscaping)
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security with all client information
  • Use social media platforms to help attract and engage customers
  • Provide administrative and operational support directly to the business owner
  • Take initiative and solve problems independently
  • Adapt to additional duties as the business grows

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written skills)
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy: CRM systems, email, text, scheduling tools, and social media
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Trustworthy and reliable with access to a professional remote work setup

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Familiarity with lawn care or landscaping services
  • Experience using platforms like Jobber, Housecall Pro, CopilotCRM or similar
  • Social media marketing experience
