Ideal Background
- Demonstratable knowledge of the Network and/or Security Solutions (NGFW, NAC, IPS, SIEM, SOAR, MFA, etc.)
- Experience in service delivery: Assessments, Consulting, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, etc.
- Ability to build lasting relationships, communicate effectively, and work cross-functionally with diverse global teams.
- Motivated learner who actively tackles new concepts and technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and systematically work toward resolution.
- Understands industry best practices, frameworks, methodologies, and techniques in delivery of projects and services.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with networking or security implementation & operations.
- Experience in a professional services or consulting
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, etc.)
- Ability to produce professional client facing technical documentation and presentations
- Certifications (or equivalent knowledge and experience): Comptia Network+ or Security+, Cisco Certification, Microsoft Certification, AWS Certification
