About our Full-Time Position:

Are you an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or hold a licensure of equal caliber? This is a full-time position in which you'll be paid on a biweekly basis for a 40-hour work week. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to work independently and maintain a caseload, with the average full-time salaried therapist completing 28-32 sessions per week. We typically conduct sessions from Monday - Thursday to allow our team a 3-day weekend every week. However, we do allow for complete schedule flexibility if you prefer to spread those sessions across other days. Candidates should be willing to conduct at least 8 evening sessions per week (5 pm and later).

Work Week:

Embracing a healthy work/life balance, we've implemented an optional 4-day work week for those who want it, ensuring every weekend is a refreshing 3-day break. Our scheduling flexibility allows you to decide the hours you'd like to work provided that you meet the scheduling requirements for the position. Since our whole team works remotely, this position is fairly independent - but with the support of our clinical director, administrative team, and talented colleagues who are just a phone call or email away. The majority of our clientele consists of highly motivated individuals who respect their treatment and our practice (our policies tend to help ensure this!). We strive to create a culture that is caring, supportive, and growth-oriented. You'll ramp your caseload up over an 8-week period and take part in one-on-one calls with our clinical director to make sure you're supported during this time. After that, you'll have access to biweekly peer consults where we collaborate on difficult cases as a team, share clinical strategies we're using, and engage in group trainings to help sharpen our skills.

Compensation details:

This is a full-time, W-2 position with a competitive salary starting at $70,000 per year. We also offer an extremely attractive and comprehensive benefit package. Every year we try to make Modern Therapy a better place to work.

Let's talk PTO! (~4 weeks off per year in total. 4 day work week schedules make extended vacations very easy)

• 100 hours worth of PTO, inclusive of your birthday off and 1 floating holiday (equivalent to 12 full days, or 3 weeks, on our standard 4 day work week)
• 40 hours worth of Sick Time (equivalant to 4 full days, or 1 week, on our standard 4 day work week)
• 7 major holidays off provided they fall on a work day (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas)

Additionally, we offer optional part-time or per diem positions with a minimum of 12 scheduled sessions per week.
