Experienced Pharmacy Technician (3+ Years) The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacists in the accurate preparation and dispensing of medications while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and providing excellent patient care. Role and Responsibilities

●       Participate in the daily operations of the pharmacy while under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

●       Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed medications and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; removing outdated drugs.

●       Supporting related clinical pharmacy tasks such as vaccinations, MTM, and patient adherence.

●       Proficient in prescription processing, filling, check out, and related healthcare record maintenance

●       Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

●       Organizes medications for the pharmacist to dispense by transcribing medication orders and prescriptions; preparing labels; calculating quantities; maintaining clinical services and other pharmaceutical therapies.

●       Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing information.

●       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

●       Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience with 3 years as a pharmacy technician.

●       Walk 3+ miles a day & lift 30 pounds

●       Licensed Pharmacy Technician (PTCB recommended)

●       Enthusiastic and friendly team players

●       24+ hours/week availability

●       Bilingual Spanish, Hmong, Laos, Cambodian, Tagalog (recommended)

●       APHA/PTCB certified immunization administration (recommended)

●       BLS

Preferred Skills

●       Microsoft office, 40+ WPM
