Description


Enrollment, Sales, Marketing & Rosters:

  • Maintain proficiency in the ProCare system (childcare management software).
  • Respond to enrollment inquiries via phone, email, website, and in person.
  • Follow up with prospective families regarding enrollment opportunities.
  • Conduct enrollment conversations and center tours with prospective families.
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote programs and increase enrollment.
  • Create and maintain transportation rosters.
  • Create and maintain group and class rosters.

Curriculum & Instructional Leadership:

  • Implement Mobius STEAM curriculum.
  • Plan and organize monthly curriculum calendars.
  • Train instructors on lesson delivery and activity implementation.
  • Support activity‑based experiential learning.
  • Assist students and instructors during activities.

Supplies, Inventory & Budget:

  • Order project supplies.
  • Order facility supplies and snacks.
  • Ensure purchasing stays within the monthly supply budget.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor enrollment targets and program growth.
  • Review parent satisfaction surveys.

Operations:

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure student health and safety is a priority at all times.
  • Help manage the overall program environment, paying close attention to detail and effectively managing the flow of students, parents, customers, and team members.
  • Manage staff engagement and ensure instructional staff frequently interact with students to answer questions or provide additional assistance.
  • Delegate Instructional leadership duties such as age groups or specialty rooms to appropriate positions and team members.
  • Watch for and recognize security risks. 

People First Leadership:

  • Help Director conduct appropriate onboarding training for new Instructors.
  • Motivate and encourage Instructors to excel in their role through positive reinforcement and best practices of experiential learning methods.  
  • Coach and train Instructors on how to interact with parents and students appropriately and positively.
  • Be a role model for instruction and customer interaction, demonstrating exceptional customer service through effective student instruction and parent/customer interaction.



Salary

$35,000 - $45,000 per year
