Mobility Express provides safe and reliable transportation for both students and wheelchair bound clients to get to their destination.

We are seeking a reliable Transport Driver to join our team. The Transport Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to designated locations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Drive passengers to specified destinations in a safe and timely manner

- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle

- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle

- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a positive experience

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Experience:

- Previous experience in shuttle driving, van driving or a related field is a plus

- Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary

- Strong customer service skills are essential for this role

Requirements: Before You Apply for this position, please make sure you qualify and have the following:

• Driver must be at least 21 years of age to operate an ambulette
• A copy of a valid CPR and First Aid certificate, If you do not have the CPR and First Aid Certification, training will be provided.
• A copy of Drivers Abstract obtained from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles
• Must Have a valid Ohio Drivers License (for at least 2 years)
• Must have a clean record with no more than 4 points.
• Agree to random Drug Testing according to with company policy.
• Driver able to read schedules and maps and must be able to follow driving directions.
• Driver must have dependable transportation that will get him/her to and from our facility each day
• Driver must be able to follow schedule thoroughly
• Must pass post job offer Drug Test before starting an assignment.
• Must be able to pass FBI/BCI background check as drug screening.
• Must have previous customer service experience with a good track record of assisting customers in a thoughtful, caring and timely manner.
