Similar to AAA, we provide service to veterans, seniors and the physically challenged via our mobile service vans, fixing equipment like wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, walkers and lift chairs. Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping people “get going again.” As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in easing customer concerns and guiding them to the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with a compassionate and professional tone
• Listen actively and show genuine interest in customers’ needs and challenges
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Process payments, including credit card transactions
• Coordinate closely with service technicians to ensure schedules are organized and on time
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Maintain and manage all completed service order paperwork

Training will be provided to ensure your success in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus (where applicable), but not required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $35,000 – $50,000 per year, based on experience in sales and service
• Additional benefits may be available
