Job Summary

The Cleaning Crew Member is responsible for performing assigned commercial and residential cleaning services in accordance with MnM Cleaning LLC standards. This position focuses on completing cleaning tasks efficiently, safely, and professionally while working collaboratively with team members. Crew Members represent MnM Cleaning LLC at job sites and are expected to maintain professionalism, reliability, and respect at all times.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform assigned residential and commercial cleaning tasks
• Follow established cleaning procedures, schedules, and safety guidelines
• Properly use and care for cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas during and after service
• Work cooperatively with team members to complete services within scheduled timeframes
• Follow instructions provided by Cleaning Leads or supervisors
• Report supply needs, damaged equipment, or job-site concerns promptly
• Maintain professional, respectful behavior with clients and coworkers
• Respect client property, privacy, and confidentiality
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to perform physical job duties including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
• Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and safety procedures
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable work habits
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic communication skills
• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided
