Overview:
The Brand Strategy Coordinator supports MKThink’s mission by helping to uphold and activate the brand promise across internal operations, communications, and leadership initiatives. This role blends strategic program coordination with executive support and brand alignment efforts. Working closely with senior leaders, the associate plays a key part in driving consistency, clarity, and creativity across projects and communications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand Alignment:
· Uphold brand consistency across communications, events, and spaces; support weekly brand reviews and exhibit coordination at Ocean Plant.
Team and Internal Culture:
· Assist with onboarding, internal resources, and team events that reflect MKThink’s mission and values.
External Outreach:
· Support social media, event logistics, branded materials, and communications for MKThink-hosted programs.
Executive Support:
· Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, meeting prep, and task tracking.
Qualifications:
· Strong communication skills (at least 2 of these three): written, verbal, and visual
· Comfortable working with senior leadership and external stakeholders
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Outgoing, proactive, and collaborative
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-year degree or 6 years relevant experience)
· Experience in project coordination, executive support, or brand/communications roles preferred
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
