Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Fabricator to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in fabricating industrial equipment and machinery used in diverse industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding, machine operation, repair, and maintenance, with the flexibility to contribute to various fabrication projects. Occasional travel may be required, but it will not exceed 25%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate materials and components for various types of industrial equipment.
• Fit, set up, and install fabricated structures according to specifications.
• Perform cutting and welding using multiple processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to complete repairs, designs, and material layouts.
• Analyze blueprints and welding specifications to maintain production standards and ensure precision in work.
• Collaborate with team members, Foremen, and Project Managers to maintain proper safety protocols and housekeeping practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Expertise in fabrication and welding, with particular emphasis on MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance or related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
