Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in machinery, including welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs. This position involves significant travel—approximately 75% of the time—requiring flexibility and adaptability to work in various industrial environments across the U.S.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of industrial machinery across different manufacturing facilities.
• Routine Maintenance & Testing: Perform regular maintenance and diagnostic testing on machines to ensure optimal functionality and prevent downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Utilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve equipment and machinery issues.
• Fabrication & Repairs: Fabricate custom parts and components based on blueprints and technical drawings for machine repairs and upgrades.
• Communication & Safety: Collaborate effectively with customers, project managers, foremen, and team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Job Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with power and hand tools, experience with welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) is a plus.
• Mechanical Background: Strong mechanical skills; automotive or similar backgrounds are a plus.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Industrial Experience: Prior experience as an industrial maintenance technician or in a similar maintenance role is advantageous.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of PPE and OSHA standards, with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues with minimal downtime. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
