Mitra9 is seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee daily operations in our local fulfillment center. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders, as well as managing logistics and inventory organization. Reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our eCommerce and Amazon Fulfillment operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise fulfillment associates to meet daily operational goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Oversee the organization and building of pallets for delivery.
- Monitor and report damages or discrepancies with inventory and shipments, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, and product operations) to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Assist with local and occasional non-local Florida deliveries when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Train and mentor fulfillment associates, providing guidance and support to improve team performance.
- Proactively identify workflow improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
Role Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role.
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry beverage cases & kegs as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to work full-time (40-hour work week) with potential schedule flexibility.
