Responsibilities:
- Maintain residential property appearance and perform property inspections
- Perform maintenance duties such as but not limited to: Cleaning, small plumbing repairs, flooring repairs, wall and paint repairs, HVAC repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting in special projects as needed
- Track and complete maintenance requests within 48 hours
- Lawncare/Snow Removal
- Track time effectively
- Perform apartment make readies and turns
Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential property maintenance
- Knowledgeable of competitive pricing of supplies
- Capable of learning new skills quickly
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Heavy lifting ability to lift/push/pull multiple times while on shift
- Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks
- Willingness to fully cross-train in other technical areas of maintenance
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and staff
- Must supply general maintenance tools (additional equipment provided by company)
- Must reliably transport equipment (lawnmower, snow blower, etc.) to worksite.
Experience:
- Residential Property Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
Shift availability:
- Day Shift
- Evening Shift
- Weekends as needed
