Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for local routes.
  • Transport and deliver freight in compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer.
  • Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service/repair status using ELDs.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or emergencies.
  • Load and unload materials when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A license.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.
  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
  • Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
  • Must have own Tri Axle dump truck


Salary

$1,100 - $1,250 per week
