About the Mission Delivery Manager position
missionovo is looking for a skilled Mission Delivery Manager with experience in a variety of programmatic and technical disciplines as needed by our customers.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a team environment on customer objectives
- Provide creative solutions to technical challenges
- Communicate with the stakeholders to understand their needs
- Oversee the overall quality of your work products
- Lead and mentor teammates who may be able to learn a thing or two from you
- Collaborate with mission partners across the customer organization
- Manage technical deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Mission Delivery Manager or relevant experience
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with relevant SCI accesses and polygraph
- Knowledge of customer security rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Experience working on multiple customer taskings
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Leadership skills that inspire and grow your teammates
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
