For our clients, the following needs hold true:

• US Citizenship required per the contract, with an active DoD clearance.
• Have, or have ability to obtain, clearance up to TS/SCI.
• Proven background, recognized as a SME, in relevant topic areas.
• Project/program management experience.
• Ability to generate briefing materials and program documents.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work primarily onsite in Arlington, VA

Specific functions may include:

• Support the PM in their ideation loops
• Identify and delivery high-quality, mission focused, transition of capabilities
• Constant collaboration:
• Maintain active communication with PMs, transition partners, and cross-functional teams to foster efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Proactive analytical assessments:
• Conduct independent research and analysis of current edge-of-the-art.
• Targeted research and analysis:
• Stay at the forefront of technology breakthroughs.
• Expert communication and collaboration:
• Clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts and scientific information to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and facilitating collaboration.
• Overall, your focus will be on:
• Contributing your expertise to help develop novel breakthroughs to the offices and PM's missions.
• Proactively identifying and evaluating emerging trends and technologies.
• Empowering the PM and teams with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
