The Children’s Program Facilitator collaborates with a team to care for children of cross-cultural ministry workers through training and debriefing. The goal is to support children as they process past experiences and prepare for future transitions by equipping them with the emotional, spiritual, and relational tools needed for life as a Third Culture Kid (TCK). The program combines structured lessons, guided discussions, and supervised free time to promote resilience, connection, and growth.
