We're looking for a warm, patient, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team. In this role, you'll lead a classroom of toddlers through daily routines, hands-on activities, and developmental milestones — creating a safe, nurturing environment where little ones can grow and thrive. The ideal candidate loves working with the 1–3 age group, handles the unpredictability of toddlers with patience and a smile, and takes pride in building trust with both children and families. You'll manage your classroom independently, stay consistent with routines, and communicate regularly with parents about their child's day and development. Experience in a group childcare setting preferred. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education a plus. Current First Aid/CPR preferred.

Miss Tee’s Childcare Academy is seeking a strong, dependable, and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to lead a structured and engaging toddler classroom.

This is not an assistant position. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage classroom routines, behaviors, transitions, and daily classroom flow independently while creating a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.

What Makes This Role Important:

• Lead and manage a toddler classroom independently

• Maintain classroom structure, routines, and transitions

• Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth

• Communicate professionally with parents and staff

• Create a calm, organized, and engaging classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with support staff and floaters when needed

Requirements:

• Previous toddler childcare experience preferred

• Strong classroom management skills required

• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional

• Ability to independently manage a classroom

• Must remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• CDA or early childhood education background preferred but not required

Salary

$12 - $15.5 per hour
