We're looking for an experienced Floater to serve as a flexible, steady presence across our classrooms. In this role, you'll cover multiple age groups throughout the day, step in wherever you're needed, and help support newer staff by modeling best practices. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on variety, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely loves working with kids of all ages. You'll work independently ,managing classrooms solo when needed, so confidence and dependability are a must. Minimum 2 years of childcare classroom experience required. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Current First Aid/CPR required.

We're looking for an experienced childcare professional to serve as a Floater — someone who can step into any classroom, read the room, and bring calm, competent energy wherever they're needed. This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, experienced, and ready to lead.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of childcare classroom experience, required, no exceptions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom independently
  • CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in ECE strongly preferred
  • Flexible availability and a positive attitude about change



Salary

$13 - $14 per hour
