High-End Residential Remodeling & Custom Homes
This is not production work
If you’re a finish carpenter who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and leading others by example, keep reading.
We’re a residential custom remodeling and finish carpentry company working on high-end, multi-million-dollar homes. Our projects require custom solutions, adaptability, and a high level of finish quality, not cookie-cutter trim packages.
This position is intentionally designed for an experienced finish carpenter who can raise the standard on-site and help lead less experienced carpenters by example.

- Install tongue and groove (walls & ceilings)
- Build and install custom wood beams
- Hang interior and exterior doors
- Install baseboard, door casing, crown molding

Supporting Work (As Needed)
- Light painting & finishing
- Other misc. remodeling-related tasks when required
You’ll work mostly alongside others, but must be fully capable of working independently when needed and setting the standard for quality.
