We are a growing tutoring and academic support center serving students across Solano County. Our mission is simple: help students build confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve measurable academic success.
We’re expanding our enrollment and outreach efforts and are looking for a hands-on marketing and enrollment coordinator to help us grow our student community.
What this role really is
This is a growth-focused role where you will help generate, nurture, and convert local student leads using digital marketing tools, outreach campaigns, and content systems.
You’ll be part marketer, part communicator, and part systems builder.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Run and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads or similar platforms)
- Support lead generation strategies focused on local families
- Track campaign performance and improve conversion results
Enrollment & Sales Support
- Respond to inquiries and guide families through enrollment steps
- Conduct outreach to prospective students and partners
- Support lead nurturing through email and messaging campaigns
Content & Social Media
- Create and schedule content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Design simple marketing graphics (Canva or similar tools)
- Support short-form promotional video creation
Systems & Tools
- Manage leads and pipelines in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Maintain WordPress website updates and landing pages
- Help improve marketing workflows and automation

In your first 60–90 days, success looks like:
- Increased qualified local inquiries
- Improved lead follow-up speed and conversion rates
- Consistent, organized marketing pipeline tracking
- Active, engaging social media presence

Preferred experience
- Digital marketing or marketing coordination experience
- Familiarity with PPC advertising or lead generation campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Canva or basic graphic design skills
- Social media content creation experience
- WordPress familiarity (basic updates/editing)
