About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is excited to build a career in sales and business development.

Whether you have experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another customer-facing role, this position offers the opportunity to learn and grow while helping build an exciting part of our business.

You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and helping introduce Minky Designs to:


  • Retail stores and boutiques
  • Regional and national retailers
  • Corporate gifting programs
  • Event planners and bulk purchasers


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Identify wholesale and corporate sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with retailers, businesses, and corporate buyers.
  • Maintain and organize a sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Learn and execute our wholesale and corporate sales strategy.
  • Help identify new markets and opportunities for growth.

This is a performance-driven role with a stable base salary and commission opportunities.

Compensation is designed to reward initiative and results while providing opportunities for increased earnings as you grow your book of business and develop professionally.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, business development, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help build something meaningful.
  • Previous wholesale or B2B sales experience is a plus but not required.
