M.H.S. Behavioral Services, Inc. provides outpatient therapeutic and counseling services to help those dealing with behavioral, emotional and mental health needs learn coping techniques to stabilize themselves. These targeted areas of disturbance include (but are not limited to) forms of depression, anxiety, anger management, attention-deficits, and mood disorders typically resulting from trauma. M.H.S. Behavioral Services, Inc. offers intensive rehabilitative mental health services that adjunct the therapeutic process to accelerate treatment progress.

Mingo Health Solutions is seeking a licensed therapist or intern to provide counseling, groups, workshops and crisis intervention to children, youth, adults and families who have experienced trauma. MHS was founded in Las Vegas, Nevada 5 years ago and expanded to Colorado Springs in 2019. The organizational culture is filled with a team that is dynamic, highly skilled, efficient, caring, client-centered and grounded in integrity and best practices.

While this is a contract position, the hours agreed upon are guaranteed in spite of potential client cancellations. MHS is growing and there is potential growth and pay increase within 6 months.

The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to grow with an organization, willing to be hands on and help with program development, putting together groups and workshops for the clients served. Trauma informed care a MUST.

*There is also an opportunity to work remotely due to COVID19 guidelines.
