M.H.S is seeking a M.H.S is seeking a BCBA to supervise client treatment. We are an established behavioral health company expanding our mental and behavioral organization and have been providing ABA services for nearly 3 years. We work primarily in-home and are looking to grow our in clinic services as well as our hiring of RBT staff and training. We want someone committed and dedicated to helping us grow our ABA program and service provision. At MHS, our team is dynamic, highly skilled, efficient, caring, client-centered and grounded in integrity and best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA to collaborate with a solid business without worrying about the business component and be able to invest their energy into treatment, supervision and ensure best-practices are being utilized for the betterment of the client. The clinical supervisor has the opportunity to influence practice and operations and train RBTs to a level of service excellence unmatched in the Las Vegas community.

BCBA will implement ABA programs, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and train parents and teachers while promoting a superior commitment to high levels of implementation fidelity. BCBA’s will participate in examining research questions and promoting evidence-based interventions.

BCBA to provide direct supervision to RBT’s for client treatment including parent training


  • Provide direct instruction, training, and support to client and family members during regularly scheduled visits.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team
  • Initiate contact with new referrals and/or referral sources in a timely manner
  • Effectively manage caseload, prepare and submit all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Review and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff member to ensure the proper implementation of treatment plan
  • Ensure that all treatment methodologies are evidence based and reflect the most recent research findings.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments & recommend positive behavior supports for children with Autism Spectrum and other related disorders.
  • Monitor and provide support for staff in use of ABA strategies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.
  • Work closely with the Behavior Specialists in their provision of direct services, and provide the needed resources and guidance to assist clients, parents, and Behavior Specialists in the development and implementation of behavior protocols.
  • Able to work independently
  • Supervise and train BCBA students
