Minder Lawns is hiring a Lawn Care Technician Trainee to join our field crew. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with on-the-job training provided. We serve residential clients across the greater Charlotte metro and surrounding counties. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn a trade, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim residential properties according to scheduled routes

• Operate zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, pole saws, and leaf blowers

• Keep job sites clean and presentable upon completion

• Load and unload equipment safely at the start and end of each shift

• Follow daily route schedules and communicate any issues to the lead technician

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older

• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the workday

• Reliable and punctual — attendance is critical in this role

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation & Advancement

• $12.50/hr starting pay for the first 90 days

• Performance-based pay review at the end of the introductory period

• Clear path to advancement for strong performers
