MILK+ is looking for a reliable, high-energy Barback to support our bartending team during busy nightlife shifts. This role is essential to keeping the bar running smoothly, efficiently, and cleanly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind being on your feet, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in a high-volume bar setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock bar inventory including liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice
• Keep all bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas
• Monitor product levels and communicate needs to bartenders or management
• Help maintain a safe and efficient working environment

Qualifications

• Ability to work late nights and weekends
• Strong work ethic and ability to move quickly under pressure
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
