Milestones Play Gym & Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support speech therapy services in a play-based, pediatric setting. This role includes direct treatment implementation under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, with opportunities to integrate therapy into group-based and naturalistic environments.

Description
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING)
Applicants must:
- Hold an active SLPA license (or be eligible for licensure) in Virginia
- Have completed all required education and clinical requirements for SLPA practice
Applicants without this credential will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Implement speech therapy treatment plans under SLP supervision
- Work with children on communication, language, and social skills
- Support therapy sessions in both individual and group-based settings
- Document sessions and track progress
- Collaborate with therapists and team members
Schedule
- Flexible, based on caseload
- Opportunities for part-time or contractor hours
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and role responsibilities

Salary
$25 - $40 per hour
