Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy services in a flexible, supportive setting. This role includes opportunities for individual sessions, group therapy, hybrid services, and evaluations.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling
• Opportunity to build a consistent caseload
• Summer and ongoing opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and provide treatment
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions
• Participate in or lead small group sessions (optional but encouraged)
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members

Compensation Model

This role operates on a supported contractor revenue-share structure (40%).

• Typical individual sessions fall within $40–$60/hour
• Additional earning opportunities available through group and hybrid services
• Evaluations are compensated at higher rates

Qualifications

• Active VA SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (CF considered for strong candidates)
