Milestone Asset Management Group is a Fee-Only wealth management firm based in Avon and Milford, CT, and Pearl River, NY. We specialize in Financial Planning and Wealth Management services for individuals nearing retirement with a minimum of $500,000 in investable assets.


Role Description:


This is an in-office role for an Office Administrative Assistant at Milestone Asset Management Group, located in Avon, CT. The position can be either part-time or full-time, with flexible hours.


The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:


  • Opening new client accounts and handling ongoing service requests across all of our office locations (Avon, Milford, CT, and Pearl River, NY).
  • Providing administrative support to the advisory team.
  • Managing phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless account management and client service.
  • Assisting with executive administrative tasks as needed.


Key Responsibilities


  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new client accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company protocols.
  • Manage service requests such as account updates, beneficiary changes, and other client needs across our office locations.
  • Provide exceptional client service, acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Support the advisory team with document preparation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain communication and coordination between offices to streamline operations.


Qualifications


  • Prior experience in administrative assistance, preferably within financial services or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage tasks across multiple offices.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must be able to work on-site in our Avon, CT office.
