Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The Project Coordinator serves as a key liaison between field teams, office staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in organizing project activities, timelines, and documentation.
  • Prepare, track, and distribute project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Maintain digital and physical project files, ensuring documents are updated and accessible.
  • Support in obtaining permits, licenses, and required inspections.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and update tracking systems for budgeting, scheduling, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing close-out documentation, punch lists, and warranty packages.
  • Enforce safety standards and assist in compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety plans.
  • Attend site meetings and provide administrative support to field supervisors and project managers.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction documents, schedules, and project management processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar platforms a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed in both office and construction site environments.
  • Occasional travel to job sites and extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.


Salary

$20 - $25 per hour
