Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Installer / Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing kitchen cabinets and related carpentry work in residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and a solid understanding of cabinetry systems and construction techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, and hardware according to specifications and layout plans.
  • Measure and cut materials with accuracy using hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
  • Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards.
  • Modify and trim cabinets as needed to fit space or accommodate appliances and fixtures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle and transport materials safely to and from the job site.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to cabinets and surfaces as required.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter, cabinet installer, or similar role (4+ years preferred).
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to cabinet installation.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting heavy items and working in various positions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
