Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to medication management.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the LPN and treatment technicians regarding medication administration and client health needs.
• Train treatment technicians on medication administration procedures.
• Provide client assistance obtaining medical appointments.
• Provide health consultation and guidance to staff regarding client medical needs.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support client health and recovery.
• Provide occasional phone consultation or support to staff during evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in Minnesota (Required)
• Knowledge or experience in chemical dependency or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferred: Spanish-speaking or bilingual English/Spanish

Job Type

Part-time (approximately 25-30) hours per week)
