Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
• Support implementation of medication policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the Registered Nurse (RN) to monitor client health needs and medication management.
• Provide guidance and support to treatment technicians regarding medication administration and client health concerns.
• Document client health information and communicate concerns to the RN and treatment team.
• Provide occasional phone consultation to staff during evenings or weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Minnesota (Required)
• Experience or knowledge in chemical dependency or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the RN and treatment team
• Preferred: Spanish-speaking or bilingual English/Spanish

Job Type

Part-time Day Shift – Approximately 25-30 hours per week
