Midwest Ohio Cleaning Company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistants to join our team. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Ensure all assigned areas meet Midwest Ohio Cleaning’s quality standards and client expectations
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
• Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
