We’re hiring an Account Manager to work directly with homeowners on residential repaint projects. This role focuses on managing inbound leads generated by our marketing, performing estimates, building trust, and closing projects. Once a contract is signed and a deposit is collected, the project is handed off to our operations team for scheduling and execution. Additional commission is available for self-generated leads.

Role Overview

The Residential Repaint Account Manager is a sales-focused role responsible for guiding homeowners from first contact through signed agreement and deposit collection. Account Managers work primarily with inbound leads generated by company marketing efforts, conduct on-site or virtual estimates, and close residential repaint projects. Once a project is sold and the deposit is secured, it is formally handed off to the operations team, who manage scheduling, coordination, and execution through an assigned Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound residential repaint leads
  • Meet with homeowners to assess scope, provide estimates, and recommend solutions
  • Build trust and clearly communicate the sales process, pricing, and expectations
  • Close projects and collect required deposits
  • Ensure accurate documentation and clean handoff to the operations team
  • Maintain organized records in CRM systems
  • Follow company processes to a T to ensure success for you, the customer and the company and our data
  • Generate additional opportunities through referrals and self-sourced leads (optional but incentivized)

Compensation & Structure

  • Base salary: Flexible based on experience and individual needs
  • Commissions based on gross margin paid from collected revenue
  • Additional compensation for self-generated leads
  • Performance-based earning upside with no project management responsibilities
