We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior and Exterior Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing, painting, and finishing surfaces to enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of various structures. This role involves working with a variety of materials and techniques to deliver high-quality results for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation:
• Clean, sand, scrape, and prime surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint and finishes.
• Repair cracks, holes, or other imperfections using caulk, filler, or plaster.
• Remove old paint, wallpaper, or coatings as required.
• Painting and Finishing:
• Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Execute both interior and exterior painting tasks, ensuring a consistent and professional finish.
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols to protect self, team members, and property.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Dispose of hazardous materials and waste in compliance with regulations.
• Collaboration and Client Interaction:
• Work with clients and team members to meet project specifications and timelines.
• Provide expert advice on color selection, finishes, and techniques.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness on job sites.

Qualifications and Skills
