Job Opening: Door-to-Door Lead Generator

Middleton Painting – Memphis Area

We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals to help generate leads in neighborhoods by going door to door—but this is NOT a sales position. You’ll simply be offering free painting and carpentry estimates to homeowners and seeing if there’s anything we can help them with this year.

Responsibilities:

• Go door to door in assigned areas
• Let homeowners know we’re offering free estimates — no pressure, no sales
• If they’re interested, collect:
• Name
• Phone number
• Address
• Submit the lead to our team — one of our estimators will follow up and schedule the estimate

Pay Structure:

• Base pay per hour or per lead (discussed during interview)
• +$5 bonus for each lead that results in an estimate being completed
• Up to $100 bonus if the estimate turns into a job

Requirements:

• Friendly and respectful demeanor
• Able to walk neighborhoods and talk to homeowners
• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a phone or tablet to record lead info
