REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintain safe work zones for all team members/contractors
• Coordinate with Crew Leads on daily work plans/locations
• Work with Crew Leads to coordinate lunch/breaks
• Work with crew leads to ensure job tickets are accurately completed
• Coordinate with Flaggers on maintaining work zones
• Relay information to Operation Leads regarding team issues
• Complete final walkthrough that worksite equipment is collected
• Maintain worksite equipment use
• Work with Crew Leads (If available) for additional equipment or staff as needed
• Make sure traveling public is always safe
• Ensure all light intersections or cross streets are manned with officer
• Assist with set-up/clean up of worksite
• Maintained visibility outside of vehicles
• Inform workers that they are required up to 70-80% traveling around the greater Nashville area
• Officers are required to be post certified or retired
• Full time preferred but will entertain part time work if candidate can work consistently 2 days a week

RESPONSIBILTIES/DUTIES:

• Set-up signs, cones, etc. around work areas to divert traffic
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment (work boots - 6" with safety toe, hard hat & safety vest)
• Adhere to all MTTM Company policies and procedures
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and timely
• Operate 2-way radio
• Work well in a team environment
• Provide highest level of customer service to all clients
• Excellent attendance required, must have a Driver's License and reliable transportation, and a good work ethic
• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment & machinery parts, moving traffic, and fumes & airborne particles
• Regularly required to stand/walk, reach with hands and arms for up to 14 hours/day.
