The Midcoast Recreation Center is seeking an energetic and skilled Tennis Pro to lead tennis programs for participants of all ages and abilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about community engagement, dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of tennis at all levels, and able to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages active living.

Description
- Plan, organize, and instruct group and private tennis lessons for all ages.
- Provide instruction on proper techniques, rules, and court etiquette while promoting sportsmanship and enjoyment.
- Adapt lessons to accommodate different skill levels, ages, and physical abilities.
- Assist in organizing recreational leagues, community tournaments, and special pickleball events.
- Monitor participant progress and provide positive, constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by ensuring equipment and courts are clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Promote recreation center programs and encourage continued participation.
- Serve as a community ambassador for health, fitness, and social connection through sport.
- Assist the Tennis Director as needed.
