Core Responsibilities

• Washing & Sanitizing: Scraping, rinsing, and loading dirty dishes into commercial dishwashers, or hand-washing oversized pots, pans, and delicate glassware.
• Organization & Stocking: Unloading clean wares and sorting them into their designated kitchen, bar, and dining room storage areas.
• Sanitation Management: Keeping the dish station spotless, sanitizing work surfaces, sweeping/mopping floors, and cleaning floor drains.
• Waste Disposal: Emptying kitchen trash and recycling bins, breaking down cardboard boxes, and maintaining waste receptacles.
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitoring water temperatures and soap levels in the dish machine, and promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions to the management team. 

General Support Duties

• Food Prep Assistance: Helping line cooks and chefs with basic food preparation, such as peeling vegetables or panning out bread.
