Status: Full-Time


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research market trends to implement latest sales strategies and expand our market and find new opportunities
  • Contribute to national and regional sales and promotional events for our food and health category
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands
  • Develop relations with new and existing customers to resolve their technical and commercial questions and requests
  • Prepare and send out documentation
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports for forecasting sales needs and developing roadmap
  • Preparation and organization of Food shows in the USA in collaboration with Marketing department
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products


Competencies

  • Technical Capacity- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting) and CRM systems. 
  • Time Management – Must expertly manage time across multiple accounts, product lines, and regional demands.
  • Communication- Must communicate effectively to clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Customer Service- Must build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts in the food and health sectors.
  • Organization- Must be organized for effective time management and use of resources.
  • Reliability- Must remain consistently responsive to client inquiries, team communications, and cross-functional requests.
  • Ethical Conduct- Must uphold and enforce the company’s ethical standards and comply with local, state, and federal law. Must maintain the integrity of confidential information.


Supervisory Responsibility

This role has no supervisory responsibility.


Work Environment

This job operates in a home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and headsets.


Physical Demands

Regularly: The job holder should be able to perform work via a personal computer or company-issued laptop to securely access company-required applications, email customers, etc. Willingness to travel as needed.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and the typical hours of work and days are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in sales in dietary supplement business preferably in the ingredient business


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tool Salesforce and SharePoint is strongly preferred

Salary

$130,000 - $190,000 per year
