We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Admissions Advisor to drive student growth at our Miami campus. This is not a development or back-office role, this is a front-line, sales driven position where you’ll connect directly with prospective students, inspire them to pursue their dreams, and convert interest into enrollment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full admissions funnel from initial inquiry to enrollment
  • Speak with prospective students daily via phone, email, text, and in-person
  • Give high-impact campus tours and host weekly info sessions
  • Build strong relationships, follow up fast, and stay top of mind
  • Hit weekly/monthly activity targets: calls, appointments, tours, applications, enrollments
  • Leverage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with the local marketing team to support open houses, events, and digital lead gen
  • Represent MAS with pride, passion, and authenticity at school events and fairs
  • Be a true team player—energizing the campus and contributing to a culture of performance


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of sales or admissions experience (vocational or for-profit education a plus)
  • A natural connector, engaging, empathetic, and great at reading people
  • Unshakable energy, hustle, and a competitive mindset, you live to hit goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing dozens of leads at once
  • Ability to work independently on-site in a small, mission-driven team
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
