RBT to provide in home therapy for child with autism

Behavior Technician

Duties:

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist with behavior management strategies

- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must have 5 hour blocks available per day

- Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality

-Must have current CPR certification

-Must have current Malpractice policy

-Must have NPI number
