Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in person ABA therapy

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions in collaboration with families and other caregivers. This position is Part time with potential for full time depending on candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify the child's strengths and areas of need, and develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment results
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using evidence-based strategies, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed
  • Provide training and support to families and other caregivers on how to implement the intervention strategies effectively
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress towards the treatment goals
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for the child
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made

Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
  • Experience providing ABA-based therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and techniques for behavior change
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
  • Current CPR certification
  • Tricare experience a plus
