A proposed pilot to trial the skills of a temp RN to lead the majority of the interactions with patients to complete annual wellness visits. The RN will partner with the assigned PCP to complete the AWV and the PCP enters the exam room to review the results of the AWV, connect briefly with the patient and sign off on the AWV documentation

  • Shifts Available: Days- 10-20 hours/week; Rotating
  • How many open positions : 1; temp 


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides age-specific, quality, patient-centered care to all patients using the nursing process and standards of nursing practice with sensitivity and respect for the diversity of the human experience
  • Expedites appropriate care and treatment, using critical reasoning and astute clinical judgment especially given the patient may present with complex problems or potentially life-threatening conditions


Requirements

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited academic institution. (preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

  • RN - Registered Nurse
  • BLS - Basic Life Support

Experience

  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
