As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients, assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and help maintain IT systems. This position is primarily office-based but requires travel to client locations as needed. Occasional overnight travel may be required for projects and client support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in person
- Troubleshoot computer, printer, network, and software issues
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support
- Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes
- Install and maintain hardware and software solutions
- Support network equipment, VoIP systems, and cybersecurity solutions
- Travel to client sites for onsite support and installations
- Participate in after-hours support when necessary

- Strong interest in technology and information systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel and stay overnight when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous help desk, technical support, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, or cybersecurity concepts
- Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus but not required
