Job Overview:

At Mex-Itali Restaurant LLC, we believe in creating exceptional dining experiences that blend together the vibrant flavors of Mexico and Italy. We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while contributing to the success of our restaurant. This is a part-time position, offering flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests, as well as taking and delivering orders in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, dining room, and restrooms

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling dishes, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and served according to our standards and recipes

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change

- Uphold our commitment to food safety and hygiene by following all health and safety regulations

- Continuously learn about our menu offerings and be able to provide recommendations to guests

- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

- Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not required

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

- A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
