At Metro’s Skills Academy, you will start with a salary of $650 per week. Upon graduation, you will have the opportunity to move into a full-time position earning north of 6 figures, including bonuses and commissions, alongside the seasoned, senior technicians. Metro will supply the following UPON COMPLETION of the Skills Academy:

• $500 bonus
• Milwaukee Pack-Out (valued up to $495)
• $150 voucher for boots
• Six working days' worth of Metro swag (pants, shirts, hats, jackets, etc.)

APPRENTICESHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Endure a 2-week gauntlet
• Participate in a 6-week Skills Training to learn technical and communication skills
• Working Saturday thru Tuesday, 10 am - 7 pm.
• Learn the process required to render a 5-star service experience
• Openly and positively receive AND give feedback
• Observe all health and safety procedures
• Complete all tests necessary to progress through each level of apprenticeship
• Work in the office and travel to job sites when required
• Attend meetings and workshops every day of the Apprenticeship
• Build relationships with your fellow apprentices and tenured technicians

APPRENTICESHIP REQUIREMENTS:

• An open mind and a passion for learning
• Good time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• You may require good strength and hand-eye coordination
• High school diploma or GED
• Drivers License
