We’re looking for another amazing Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. You’ll be the first and last face our patients see, playing a key role in setting the tone for every visit.

What You'll Do

• 🌟 Greet patients with genuine warmth and professionalism
• 📅 Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth office flow
• 📞 Handle calls with courtesy and clear communication
• 💳 Process payments and confidently explain insurance and billing
• 🖥 Accurately maintain electronic medical records and patient data
• 🤝 Resolve concerns calmly and professionally
• 🧠 Use strong computer skills to navigate various software systems with ease

What We Offer

• Consistent Schedule: 4 days a week with a set weekday off and only every 3rd or 4th Saturday (half-day, 8 AM–1 PM)
• Work-Life Balance: No late nights, no Sundays, and major holidays off
• Strong Compensation Package:
• $15–$20/hour starting pay
• $200 monthly health care bonus (after 6 months)
• Monthly performance bonus (up to $300)
