Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations and upkeep for all properties

  • Performing repairs, installations, and maintenance

  • Coordinating contractors, service providers, and project logistics when needed

  • Tracking timelines, budgets, and materials for ongoing projects

  • Ensuring each site runs efficiently, safely, and professionally

  • Supporting the owner with business, property, and household projects

  • Handling operational and project information with professionalism and discretion


Qualifications

Required:

  • Hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or trades

  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently

Preferred:

  • Experience managing or maintaining multiple properties

  • Knowledge of contractor coordination, scheduling, and budgeting

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
